District-Quemado

 

Created as Catron County Fire District No. 2 in 1955. Quemado has the lowest ISO rating in the County at a 4.

Quemado's Fire District was expanded by County Resolution on July 21, 2010 to include Red Hill and Cimmaron Ranch. In 2015 Quemado Fire District formally opened their Red Hill substation in Red Hill, NM.
